In SÜDWINK the apartments can only be rented by students or trainees – the corresponding enrollment or training certificates must be presented at the latest at the beginning of the rental period. In this respect, the rental period is limited to a maximum of study or training. The use of one-bedroom apartments is for one person, short-term visit, of course, excepted. There are also bigger single rooms and a few 1.5-room offers, which are also rented to couples.
The inclusive rents in SÜDWINK include all consumption and operating costs as well as the Internet flat rate. Only the individual broadcasting fee must be additionally registered and paid, the property management can provide help with this.
If required and depending on availability, a garage parking space can be rented additionally.
Before concluding a rental contract, the landlord checks the tenants‘ solvency on the basis of a self-disclosure form – see download. A rental by the parents is of course possible – in this case, the parents must submit the self-disclosure form. Your information will of course be treated confidentially.
Students or trainees under the age of 18 can only rent the apartment with the signature of their parents or a parent.
The monthly inclusive rent will be collected by the property management. The rent deposit (3 months‘ rent) should be provided by the guarantee of a domestic credit institution.
The student apartments in the Südwink Studenten-Apartments property in Constanze-Hallgarten-Straße 6, Munich are intended exclusively as a „student accomodation“. Termination notices are agreed in compliance with the legal notice period to the end of the semester.
Financial proof (contract of employment, payslips, etc.) is a requirement. A guarantee from parents can also be declared.
