Im SÜDWINK beeindrucken die 20 bis 39 m² großen Apartments nach Feng Shui mit ihrem smarten Raumkonzept. Die maßgefertigte, helle Einrichtung wurde so geschickt vorgenommen, dass Wohlfühlatmosphäre und Funktion Hand in Hand gehen. Einfach Koffer packen und einziehen, egal ob in eine Single- oder Pärchenwohnung, bei den individuellen Grundrissformen ist bestimmt das richtige Apartment dabei.

Im SÜDWINK können die Apartments ausschließlich von Studenten oder Auszubildenden angemietet werden – entsprechende Immatrikulations- oder Ausbildungs-Nachweise sind spätestens zum Mietbeginn vorzulegen. Insofern ist die Mietdauer bis maximal zum Studien- bzw. Ausbildungsende befristet. Die Nutzung der 1-Zimmer-Apartments ist für eine Person vorgesehen, kurzfristiger Besuch natürlich ausgenommen. Es gibt zusätzlich große 1-Zimmer-Apartments und einige 1,5-Zimmer-Apartments, die auch an Pärchen vermietet werden.

Die Inklusivmieten im SÜDWINK beinhalten alle Verbrauchs- und Betriebskosten sowie die Internetflatrate. Lediglich der individuelle Rundfunkbeitrag muss zusätzlich angemeldet und bezahlt werden, die Hausverwaltung hilft hierbei gerne.

Bei Bedarf und Verfügbarkeit kann ein Garagenstellplatz zusätzlich angemietet werden.

Vor Abschluß eines Mietvertrages prüft der Vermieter die Mieterbonität anhand der Selbstauskunft – siehe Download. Eine Anmietung durch die Eltern ist natürlich möglich – in diesem Fall geben die Eltern die Selbstauskunft ab. Ihre Angaben werden selbstverständlich vertraulich behandelt.

Studenten oder Auszubildende unter 18 Jahren können nur mit der Unterschrift Ihrer Eltern bzw. eines Elternteils anmieten.

Die monatliche Inklusivmiete soll durch die Hausverwaltung eingezogen werden.

Die Mietkaution (3 Monatsmieten) soll durch die Bürgschaft eines inländischen Kreditinstitutes gestellt werden. Das Objekt Südwink Studentenapartments ist für „studentisches Wohnen“ konzipiert. Kündigungsfristen werden unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Frist zum Semesterende vereinbart.

Ein finanzieller Nachweis (Arbeitsvertrag, Gehaltsnachweis) ist Voraussetzung. Alternativ kann eine Bürgschaft der Eltern erklärt werden.

In SÜDWINK, the 20 to 39 m² Feng Shui apartments impress with their smart room concept. The custom-made, bright interior was so cleverly designed that feel-good atmosphere and function go hand in hand. Just pack your bags and move in, whether in a single or a couple’s apartment. There are individual layouts – so you will definitely find the right apartment.

In SÜDWINK the apartments can only be rented by students or trainees – the corresponding enrollment or training certificates must be presented at the latest at the beginning of the rental period. In this respect, the rental period is limited to a maximum of study or training. The use of one-bedroom apartments is for one person, short-term visit, of course, excepted. There are also bigger single rooms and a few 1.5-room offers, which are also rented to couples.

The inclusive rents in SÜDWINK include all consumption and operating costs as well as the Internet flat rate. Only the individual broadcasting fee must be additionally registered and paid, the property management can provide help with this.

If required and depending on availability, a garage parking space can be rented additionally.

Before concluding a rental contract, the landlord checks the tenants‘ solvency on the basis of a self-disclosure form – see download. A rental by the parents is of course possible – in this case, the parents must submit the self-disclosure form. Your information will of course be treated confidentially.

Students or trainees under the age of 18 can only rent the apartment with the signature of their parents or a parent.

The monthly inclusive rent will be collected by the property management. The rent deposit (3 months‘ rent) should be provided by the guarantee of a domestic credit institution.
